Job Summary:
Thrive Senior Living is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dining team. This hourly position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality meals in a safe and sanitary environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen tools.
- Assist with food prep or other kitchen duties as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work efficiently to support kitchen staff during meal service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen assistant preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
