Job Summary:
Thrive Senior Living is seeking friendly and service-oriented Servers to join our dining team. This part-time, hourly position is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional hospitality while working in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our Independent Living residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous service to residents during mealtimes.
- Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Assist with meal preparation and plating as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with residents and kitchen staff to ensure dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Assist in clearing and cleaning tables, as well as resetting for the next meal service.
- Support a positive and team-oriented dining environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or senior living dining preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with seniors.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods.
- Must be available to work evenings from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
